1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items (e.g., tailor-fit seat covers or mats) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged product).

  • For your safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
